Join our compassionate and dedicated team as an ICU Registered Nurse in Sierra Vista, Arizona. In this role, you will provide high-quality, direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Telemetry settings, following hospital protocols and AACN guidelines. You will play a critical role in supporting patients and their families while collaborating with an experienced healthcare team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the ICU and Telemetry units, adhering to hospital standards and AACN guidelines
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
