Minimum Required Skills :
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, including operating systems, office suite, and Outlook in a networked environmentAdvanced knowledge of computer software, hardware, and firmware related to personal computers, LAN / WAN environmentsSkilled at installing and providing technical support for software applications, operating systems, and hardwareAbility to perform advanced troubleshooting on various manufacturers' computersAbility to plan, organize, manage, and track projectsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to read, understand, and comply with department policiesBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experienceResponsibilities :
Provide Audio Visual (AV) and Video Conference (VC) support, including reserving, setting up, coordinating, and troubleshooting meetingsPerform advanced troubleshooting to identify causes of problems; install, configure, and support PCs and peripherals, including software installation, upgrades, and patchesMonitor Service Desk queue, resolve support tickets, assign tickets appropriately, and ensure SLAs are met; document work and resolutionsUpdate asset management info in OneNote and Active Directory; coordinate with Admin on IT equipment surplusingProvide hardware / software training and professional development for techniciansParticipate in projects like PC Replacement, Memory Upgrades, Windows 10 Upgrades, etc.Share information and feedback; generate and maintain technical documentationInterested candidates can call 412-212-0715 or email priya.sharmaatcogentinfo.com
