HiFyve is hiring 1st and 2nd Shift Maintenance Technicians in the manufacturing industry!

Salary : $35–$40 / hr

Shift :

1st Shift : Monday – Thursday, 4 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM Additional ot available on Fridays
2nd Shift : Monday – Thursday, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM Additional ot available on Fridays

Location : Inver Grove Heights, MN

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair malfunctions in machinery and equipment.

Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspecting equipment for wear and tear.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with production line equipment, motors, and conveyors.

Implement Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Collaborate with team members and departments to optimize production and minimize downtime.

Document and maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and tests.

Recommend and assist with improvements to maintenance policies and procedures.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Certification or diploma in a related technical field preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum 3 years of experience as a mechanic in the manufacturing industry; food industry experience a plus.

Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

Extensive knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and equipment calibration.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, motors, and conveyors.

Familiarity with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) safety procedures.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
