We are presently recruiting a full-time Registered Dietitian (RD) – Eating Disorder Specialty to join our on-site team of multidisciplinary specialists in 📍Westport, CT.

LiftWell (www.liftwellhealth.com) is a privately owned, clinician-founded IOP / PHP program specializing in eating disorders, mood & anxiety, and trauma, serving both adolescents and adults. We are HAES®-aligned, Intuitive Eating informed, and deeply collaborative.

We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Registered Dietitian who loves working in a multidisciplinary setting where nutrition is at the heart of healing.

What you’ll do :

• Provide individual and group nutrition therapy to clients across the lifespan.
• Create individualized meal plans, resources, and group curricula through a HAES® and Intuitive Eating lens.
• Conduct nutrition-focused physical assessments, monitor intake, and guide rehabilitative nutrition.
• Prepare and support daily meals and snacks with clients during supervised meals.
• Collaborate with our therapists, psychiatrists, and medical team to deliver integrated care.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, community events, and program development.
• Document all services in Alleva, in accordance with HIPAA standards.
