Senior Full Stack Engineer

  • $160k - $180 Base with 20% - 25% annual bonus

  • Full-time / Permanent
  • Remote w / a monthly visit to LA office(may be fully remote once established)

Tech stack - This role will be roughly 70% backend / 30% frontend

  • Python / FastAPI
  • Postgres / Supabase
  • React, Tanstack, Tailwind / shadcn
  • AI / ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Render / Github

    • What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years building software
  • Experience working in the real estate industry, or experience building against large data sets or workflows
  • You code with Cursor (or Windsurf / Copilot / etc)
  • You've built side projects for fun
  • You appreciate rapid development on modern frameworks
  • You're comfortable working on CI / CD deployments with GitHub, Render, or similar
  • You don't need to be an AI expert - but you need to be AI-curious and sharp (we can teach you)
  • A BA in a tech-related field or comparable hands-on experience, along with applicable and relevant certifications, is preferred.
