SGF Global is seeking a Procurement Category Manager II to support our client in the technology sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic sourcing professional with experience in CyberSecurity and AI software procurement to make a meaningful impact.

About the Role

As a Category Manager II , you'll lead sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and drive value across key software categories. You'll work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Business Units to ensure compliance, cost savings, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives
• Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance
• Manage full procurement lifecycle (RFI / RFP / RFQ, negotiation, contracting)
• Identify and qualify suppliers; lead selection and onboarding
• Negotiate and draft contracts with a focus on risk mitigation and value
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance
• Monitor supplier performance and implement KPIs for continuous improvement
