Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Implementation Consulting Senior to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Human Capital Management Solutions and experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.

The Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant will assist in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives. This will include providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in HCM applications and technology space.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Configure and implement solutions that align with business needs
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales through RFP responses
• Travel regularly and lead project streams while engaging with clients
