    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to take on a pivotal role in owning the brand strategy, equity, innovation, and communications for its beverage and dressing brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial, consumption, and equity performance of the brands, and will lead the development and execution of long-term business strategies. This includes architecting brand foundations, leading the innovation and renovation pipeline, and managing a multi-million dollar marketing budget. The role demands a leader who can drive business decisions with data-backed recommendations, influence P&L levers, and foster a culture of creativity and agility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' brand management experience, a proven track record in brand reinvention, and the ability to rally the organization behind a vision. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should be passionate, consumer-obsessed, and possess a find-a-way attitude with a growth mindset.
