The Hartley Agency, a Farmers-appointed agency in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is seeking an ambitious Licensed Property & Casualty Sales Producer to build relationships, sell multi-line insurance products, and deliver exceptional service.

We offer a base salary + commission, growth opportunities, and a supportive local team with over 30 years of trusted service in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads, referrals, and warm prospects.
• Educate clients on coverage options for auto, home, renters, and business insurance.
• Use our CRM and quoting systems to prepare accurate insurance quotes and proposals.
• Cross-sell additional products such as umbrella, life, and specialty lines.
• Maintain a pipeline of active prospects and meet monthly sales goals.
• Provide superior customer service and retention through policy reviews and renewals.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and community events.
