Job descriptionFull-Time - Includes consistent hours at a single location Conduct assessments for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide one-on-one therapy sessions Educate patients and families on treatment strategies Collaborate with physical, occupational, and nursing staff Document evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes Meet reasonable productivity standards Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Missouri Master's degree from an accredited SLP program Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or acute care preferred Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology related to speech and swallowing Excellent documentation and communication skills New grads are welcome to apply - mentorship is available! You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and enjoy the opportunity to provide impactful, personalized care.
