This role is vital in the restaurant because you'll :

Ensure a memorable visit : Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas including tickets to our Facilities team

Provide the supply : Unload incoming deliveries and count for accuracy. Help replenish necessary stock.

Be in the know : Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems in the restaurant to follow all procedures and protocols.

Lead the experience : Ensure the maintenance and preventive maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence

Inspire and Empower : Maintain high level of standard for guest and employee safety and satisfaction

Understand that teamwork is key : Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient equipment maintenance of the restaurant. Work hand in hand with your team to meet goals and most importantly, have fun!
