Your Impact as Controller / Accounting Manager :

Lead and mentor 2 direct reports (Staff Accountant & AR Supervisor)

Oversee revenue monitoring and ensure financial accuracy

Drive month-end close processes and reconciliations

Roll up your sleeves for day-to-day accounting tasks

Implement best practices and leverage ERP systems for efficiency

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a U.S. school (Finance degrees or U.S. Master's degrees will not be considered)

English as first language

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)

Highly adaptable and tech-savvy

ERP experience required (QuickBooks-only experience will not be considered)

Advantage software experience is a plus
