Electronic Combat Solutions Manager

This position will be responsible for supporting the ECS (Electronic Combat Solutions) Business Area, with proposal support, leadership, and program control subject matter expertise. The Manager provides leadership and guidance, as needed, to the team and work collaboratively with leadership / management in these job functions to ensure execution on key objectives, continuous improvement and optimization of resources. This role will also support Phase Reviews. Strong leadership, communication skills, proposals experience, and statements of position are essential.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills :

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional finance experience.

Full-Time Salary Range : $135556 - $230444

Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
