This position is 100% onsite at our North American headquarters location in Highland Heights, Kentucky. We're looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter to help us find and hire top talent across Prysmian North America. In this role, you'll be a key partner to our hiring teams, helping shape the future of our workforce by identifying great people who align with our values and mission.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and offer insights on market trends, diversity strategies, and hiring best practices.
• Get creative with sourcinguse a mix of tools and techniques to build a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates.
• Screen and present candidates in a timely and consistent way.
• Deliver a great candidate experience from first contact to job offermaking sure every interaction reflects our values.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future roles, using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Keep communication flowingyou'll be the go-to for updates throughout the hiring process.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in every step of recruitment.
• Support interview scheduling when needed.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates, including closing out applications in Workday.
• Strengthen our employer brand by building relationships with colleges and universities.
• Stay compliant with hiring policies and documentation.
• And of course, pitch in with other recruiting tasks as needed!
