Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for project deliverables

Manage relationships with customers and project teams while coordinating project scope and effort estimates

Support the development process and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in AI, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience

At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or system design, preferably in an Agile environment

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Knowledge of business process modeling tools and healthcare workflows

Preferred certifications in Business Analysis or AI / ML-related fields
