About Epirus
Epirus is a high-growth technology company dedicated to overcoming the asymmetric challenges inherent to the future of national security. Epirus' flagship product, Leonidas, is a software-defined system built using intelligent power management techniques which allow power-hungry systems to do more with less.
Job Summary : This is an exciting leadership opportunity with an innovative, high-growth defense technology company. As our Senior Manager of Technical Project Management (TPM), you will shape and scale a new TPM function that drives innovation, empowers engineers, and ensures delivery of mission-critical technology. You will lead by example : owning project execution from concept through go-to-market, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and proactively creating clarity in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
You will split your time as a functional manager and TPM of individual project(s). TPMs partner closely with Chief Engineers (who own the technical baseline) to deliver projects on schedule, within budget and risk posture, and aligned with business goals. TPMs ensure seamless execution across engineering, operations, marketing, and sales. With your technical background, you'll lean into design reviews, understand tradeoffs, and roll up your sleeves when needed. You will report to the VP of Engineering as part of the Engineering and Technology Organization (ETO).
This is a rare chance to build a new function from the ground up. You'll shape how we deliver projects, mentor the next generation of TPMs, and directly influence the trajectory of our technology. If you're passionate about innovation, thrive on solving problems before they appear, and want to lead with vision and impact, we'd love to talk.
