Store Ambassador
We're seeking a Store Ambassador to join our team to assist with asset protection. By staying aware of store surroundings, this role will help the Store Manager prevent losses. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Skills and Experience : Loss Prevention experience is required. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred. Excellent reading comprehension skills are required. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to travel locally as needed and scheduled. Must be capable of regularly lifting up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height. Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting (with or without reasonable accommodation). Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
