The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the organization's frontline, ensuring a positive and professional experience for patients through skilled phlebotomy and specimen collection services . This position requires precision, compassion, and attention to detail while maintaining compliance with laboratory and safety standards. The PSR I is responsible for accurate specimen handling, adherence to confidentiality protocols, and fostering trust with patients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform forensic and clinical specimen collections accurately and efficiently.Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling in accordance with regulatory standards.Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.Demonstrate proficiency in pediatric and geriatric blood draws .Deliver exceptional patient service , ensuring comfort and clarity during procedures.Maintain complete and accurate records, logs, and documentation.Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to daily productivity goals.Support flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and on-call hours .Promote organizational excellence, teamwork, and compliance with company policies.Required Experience :
Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ year preferred.Experience in a customer service role within healthcare, retail, or service environments preferred.Keyboard / data entry experience required.Nice-to-Have Experience :
Prior work in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory environment.Medical assistant or paramedic training background.Required Skills :

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM.Work Environment : Onsite, patient-facing diagnostic service center.Not eligible for remote work.No hospital credentialing required.Benefits :
