Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Remote – Glendale, AZ. Location : Scottsdale and surrounding areas (Hybrid option available).

Your Role and Impact

As a BCBA at Cortica, you'll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) , empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

  • Achievable Targets : You'll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to maintain manageable workload.

  • Growth and Advancement Opportunities : Potential to advance through BCBA levels I–IV. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, enabling leadership development and broader professional growth.

  • Qualifications and Requirements

  • Master's degree in human services or a related field
  • Current BCBA Certification required
