Job Summary :

Nissan Williamsburg is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team in Williamsburg, Virginia. As a commission only Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive services and repairs on various Nissan vehicles. This is a full-time role in the auto industry that requires dedication, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits :

This is a commission only role with a competitive hourly rate of $20 to $35, depending on experience and skills. Technicians will be paid semi-monthly and have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through commission on services performed. The position also offers health insurance, retirement benefits, and opportunities for career growth and advancement within the Nissan brand.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine automotive maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Diagnose and troubleshoot drivability, mechanical, and electrical issues on Nissan vehicles
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs
• Use diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and repair vehicle issues
• Complete all repairs and services within established timelines while maintaining quality standards
• Document all services and repairs accurately and in a timely manner
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment at all times
