Orangetheory Fitness – Camarillo Fitness is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Payroll and Total Rewards to lead the design, delivery, and administration of payroll operations and total rewards programs. This position ensures compliance, accuracy, and alignment with our business goals while enhancing the overall employee experience. The role is remote , but candidates must be based in Atlanta, GA for occasional in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

Payroll Leadership

• Oversee biweekly, multi-state payroll processing for a large and growing employee population.
• Ensure payroll is compliant with federal, state, and local regulations across all jurisdictions.
• Manage payroll system integrations, audits, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to align payroll cycles with accounting / reporting needs.
