Assembly Operator-Multi V-1st Shift

The Assembly Operator-Multi-V Department position is located in Dixon, IL and will be responsible for assembling components or products according to specifications. This 1st shift position, Monday through Thursday, 4 am to 2 pm.

Role Responsibilities :

Assembles parts following verbal instructions and written procedures, routings, blueprints

Sets-up and operates line equipment

Completes paperwork such as scrap sheets, up-issues, logs, data gathering, first / last piece inspection report

Maintains cleanliness and safety in work area

Measures element and filter dimensions

Participates in continuous improvement efforts

Use hand and power tools in assembly process

Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

One or more years of manufacturing experience

Ability to use a computer

Basic Math and Measuring Skills

Ability to read and understand a blueprint

Mechanical ability

Hourly Rate : $18.56

Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
