About this Position

This position will work a 40-hour designated shift in the Lake Carl Blackwell Park office and be responsible for the following :

• Carry out housekeeping duties associated with the nightly rental cabins.
• Inventory and maintain cleaning supplies.
• Laundry duty.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Lake Carl Blackwell Park office.
• Serve as the lead person on projects as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist with training PT and Seasonal housekeeping staff
• Assist with spot inspection of cabins to ensure high standards.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Qualifications

No experience required.

Certifications, Registrations, and / or Licenses :

Valid driver's license.

Skills, Proficiencies, and / or Knowledge : Excellent attention to detail.

A good understanding of the hospitality industry.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Ability to delegate tasks to others.

Customer service skills.

Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Four years of experience.

Certifications, Registrations, and / or Licenses :

Valid Driver's License.

Verifiable housekeeping certifications.

Skills, Proficiencies, and / or Knowledge : Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to listen well and understand customer needs.

Ability to work under pressure.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Hotel standard housekeeping protocol.
