• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS Finance solutions (R12 and later).
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of custom extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICE components).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
• Manage system configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Collaborate with functional leads to support Oracle EBS Financial modules, including : + General Ledger (GL) + Accounts Payable (AP) + Accounts Receivable (AR) + Fixed Assets (FA) + Cash Management (CM) + Subledger Accounting (SLA)
• Lead and support EBS upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, security, and data governance standards in financial systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Oracle EBS performance, automation, and scalability.##
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience, with at least 5+ years in a
• lead or senior developer role
• Strong expertise in
• Oracle Financials modules
• (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL / SQL, Oracle Forms / Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OA Framework.
• Hands-on experience with RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
• Proven experience in EBS R12 upgrades, patches, and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
