CUSTODIAL / GROUNDS STAFF Full Time

Terms of Employment : Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday Friday, day and afternoon shifts may be available.

Classification : Teamsters

Hourly Wage : Starting wage $15.50; Wage increases to $16.00 after successful completion of the probationary period.

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt / Hourly

JOB SUMMARY : This Custodial / Grounds Staff position is responsible for building and grounds custodial functions required for the routine cleaning and upkeep of buildings and surrounding landscaping.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

SUPERVISION RECEIVED : Under the supervision of the Manager, Physical Plant.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE : High School Diploma considered, Associate Degree is preferred. 1-2 years of related work experience required.
