Who We’re Looking For :

Proven loan officers with strong production history

Independent, disciplined, and motivated professionals

MLOs tired of corporate micromanagement or capped earnings

Relationship-builders who want long-term client retention tools

Responsibilities :

Advise clients on mortgage loan options & provide regular updates

Evaluate credit, financials, and match clients with the best products

Manage applications from start to close with precision and care

Build lasting client relationships and grow referral networks

Qualifications :

2+ years in the mortgage industry (required)

Active MLO license (required)

Solid knowledge of federal, state & local lending regulations

Tech-savvy with CRM / loan origination systems

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
