The firm is expanding its Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) - Technology Industry Group team. What will you be doing?
Our Technology Industry Group offering brings a structured and disciplined approach to create and capture value. We provide corporate and equity buyers with a broad continuum of knowledge and tools for performance management, mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures and alliances. The team works across the full spectrum of the deal and company lifecycle from pre-deal technology, operational and synergy reviews, through Day-1 planning, to post-deal implementations, and performance improvement. Our projects often include evaluation of, or initiatives related to product and technology functions across the deal and company lifecycle, which requires an understanding of the product roadmap and portfolio, architecture, and SDLC processes.

Qualifications
The base salary range is $150,000 - $225,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
