Job descriptionProvide individual and group counseling to residents dealing with mental health, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to the needs of each resident. Offer support to families and caregivers in managing challenges related to aging, health, and caregiving. Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations. Assist in crisis intervention and provide support during emotional or mental health emergencies. Educate staff and residents on mental health and wellness topics. Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Current and valid LPC license in the state of New Jersey. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care. Willing to work onsite Competitive salary based on experience.
