Description :

This position is for an Outpatient Clinic RN specializing in adult sickle cell management.

The shift is Monday to Thursday from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM, with alternatives as needed.

The nurse-to-patient ratio will be 1 : 3.

This role does not require weekend work or on-call duties.

The clinic serves an adult population with sickle cell disease and other chronic illnesses.

Responsibilities include managing acute sickle cell crises, administering IV fluids, pain medications, and blood transfusions.

The RN will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary support teams including pharmacy, social services, and rapid response teams.

The position requires competent clinical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nurses are expected to demonstrate strong communication skills and provide high-quality patient care.
