Experienced HVAC Technician

We are seeking a professional with 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

• Learn and implement our service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Diagnose problems with clients' HVAC systems
• Recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect for cleanliness after each job
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is always clean inside and out

What to Expect

A typical day will include waking early, filling your truck with necessary materials, arriving on time at customer homes, and providing 6-star service. You will receive real-time coaching and support, and have parts and materials delivered to you as needed.
