AUTEC Car Wash Systems is seeking an R&D Lead – Electrical Engineering to spearhead innovation in automated car wash technology. This role combines hands-on expertise in PLC programming, industrial automation, and electrical design with leadership in product development . You'll guide projects from concept to field trials, mentor engineers, and introduce next-generation technologies that drive performance, safety, and customer value.
What You'll Do
- Lead design, development, and testing of new electrical / control systems
- Manage and prioritize multiple R&D projects from prototype through implementation
- Program and validate PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and automation components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with NEC, UL 508A, OSHA, and NFPA standards
