Illinois Emergency Medicine Locums - No Call Required We are seeking an Emergency Medicine physician for ongoing locums coverage at a Level II trauma center in Illinois. This is a great opportunity for supplemental income with a manageable volume and no call responsibilities. Highlights No call requirements Manageable volume : approx. 2 patients per hour Part-time, ongoing assignment Malpractice insurance included Practice Setting Inpatient, Level II trauma center 13-bed Emergency Department Annual volume of 28,000 Full hospital support staff Schedule Ongoing coverage needed starting early 2026 Night shift coverage Only 5 shifts required per month Flexible around your full-time role Procedures and Cases Standard nocturnal EM cases Procedures include : intubation, central lines, and joint reductions Sedation and laceration repair Lumbar punctures Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Emergency Medicine Active Illinois state license Must have ACLS certification Minimum 12 months of experience Credentialing Requirements Credentialing process takes approx. 90 days Our team provides full credentialing support Cannot accept candidates who require a new IL license This is a stable, long-term opportunity.
