Safe driving record / MVR. Pass a DOT physical and drug screen. No drug or alcohol traffic related offenses within the last 3 years (DWI, DUI, open container, etc.) Not currently on any type of community supervision program (probation, parole, etc.). 1 or less motor vehicle accidents in the past 3 years (regardless of fault).
