Position Summary : The Health & Safety Manager will develop, implement, maintain, and enforce company policies and procedures. This plant staff position supports and collaborates with all functional disciplines to ensure health and safety rules & procedures are communicated, understood, and are being upheld. The position is responsible for implementing and maintaining the EHS Management System and monitoring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies & procedures.

• Proven ability to work with union and non-union workforces.
• Experience implementing safety controls on automation, robotics, conveyors , etc.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement culture (e.g., using safety kaizens or Gemba walks).
