Driver is paid $180 per day for attending

Refresher training classes every three years

Bonus program $500 upon completion of your ninth qualifying student upgrade. Qualifying upgrade means you trained a student in its entirety (

No bonus program for Slip / TT / Dedicated)

Priority status on the planning board when you have a student onboard

Trainer Qualifications :

21 years of age or older, with a Class A commercial driver’s license

Have the right to work and live in the United States

Experienced driver with 6 months of experience : 1 month with CFI

Previous Student Trainee : 6 months with CFI

No preventable accidents within last 6 months

No DOT preventable accidents within last 12 months

No moving violations within previous 6 months

No unsafe CSA violations within previous 6 months
