Registered Nurse ( RN ) Neuro ICU

General Summary of Position

MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center is a Comprehensive Stroke Center and we are looking for RNs with experience and passion to care for Neuro patients in the Neuro Critical Care Unit (NCCU).

Unit Highlights 15 Neuro Critical Care beds in a 42-bed critical care unit

Newly-awarded Comprehensive Stroke Designation

Caring for neurological illness, traumas and stroke patients

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.
