Key Responsibilities :

• Routine Maintenance : Perform regular maintenance tasks including inspection, testing, and cleaning of machinery and equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance : Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to keep them in peak condition.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime and maintain smooth production flow.
• Repairs : Repair or replace defective parts and components using hand and power tools as needed.
• Technical Documentation : Utilize manufacturer manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other technical documents to effectively troubleshoot and repair machinery.
• Collaboration : Work closely with production operators and team members to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities using our computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Continuous Learning : Participate in training programs to stay current with new equipment and maintenance techniques.
