MRA Search is partnering with a highly regarded boutique law firm in Chicago that represents employers in a wide range of employment defense litigation and counseling matters .

The firm is seeking a mid-level Employment Litigation Attorney (3–7 years) to join its collaborative team. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on complex, high-stakes defense matters while maintaining the hands-on involvement and balance that larger firms rarely provide.

The successful candidate will handle single-plaintiff and class action defense cases involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims, as well as day-to-day counseling on compliance, investigations, and policy development.
