Pay : RN $34.50-$37 / hr | LPN $26-$33 / hr + shift differentials

What You'll Do

As an RN or LPN in this role, you'll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care for a young adult patient with complex needs in their home. You'll manage ventilator and tracheostomy care , perform specialized interventions, and implement tailored care plans - always working closely with the patient's family to provide education, guidance, and emotional support.
