Key Responsibilities
Monitor and triage incoming emails and calls
Assign and enter staff schedules into the scheduling platform
Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings, including preparing agendas and transcribing minutes
Required Qualifications
One year of administrative experience in a hospital setting or two years of general administrative experience
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
