Job Description American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with current VA or compact licensure, home health and OASIS experience, and BLS certification.

Responsibilities Home Health setting serving patients in the community

Patient caseload determined by 6 points per day system

Day shifts, Monday through Friday with every 4th weekend rotation

Floating may be requested based on facility needs

Uses EPIC for charting and documentation

Provide nursing care for home health patients according to individualized plans of care

Team rotation includes coverage every 4th weekend

Keep requests for time off to a minimum, with no more than 7 days total and no calendar week off during the assignment

Floating to other areas may be required as needed

All candidates must provide a copy of their driver’s license and Social Security card

Managers conduct interviews directly with all candidates

Requirements Active VA RN license or Compact RN license required and must be in hand

Home health and OASIS experience required within the last year

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

EPIC charting experience required

One supervisory reference required for consideration

Prior permanent employees must have at least a 6 month break before being eligible

Locals accepted at the same base rate
