The Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin is a tri-county non-profit

organization serving the counties of Dane, Jefferson and Waukesha that works in a coordinated

and comprehensive manner to develop and implement community-driven programs and

services that will make a critical difference in the lives of low-income families and individuals,

that will advance the revitalization of low-income communities, and that will ultimately provide

empowerment of low-income families and individuals in rural and urban areas.

The Director of Family Services assists the Administrative Director in upholding responsibility

for the overall effective operation of the organization and its programs including Local and

Foundation funds for the implementation in the Reducing School Mobility, Early Childhood

Zones, Safe and Stable Housing, and onsite supportive services case management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

 Overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of family services

program systems and processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and

responsiveness to community needs.

 Maintaining and updating internal program policies and procedures, as well as

outward-facing materials, to ensure alignment with organizational standards and

family-centered best practices.

 Ensuring compliance with all applicable contractual, regulatory, and reporting

requirements related to Local, State, and Foundation-funded family services

initiatives.
