Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Development and Asset Management Analyst located in Annapolis, MD. The Analyst will work closely with the team to assist and analyze real estate investments, manage assets under management, and support development projects. Responsibilities include preparing financial models, conducting market research, evaluating investment opportunities, tracking asset performance, tracking project permits, and assisting on all aspects of real estate ownership and operations. The role involves a combination of analytical duties and collaboration within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite : Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess investment opportunities and portfolio performance
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of real estate evaluation methods
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in financial modeling and using relevant software tools
• Previous experience in real estate, construction, development or asset management is a plus
• Ability to adapt and perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
