Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Hybrid – 3 days / week onsite in Waltham, MA.
Compensation : $48,000–$50,000 base + $70,000+ OTE (uncapped commissions).
Opportunity
We partner with a growing SaaS company looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their fast‑growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact in the sales process – turning curiosity into conversations and conversations into qualified opportunities. You’ll drive both inbound engagement and outbound prospecting, connecting with decision‑makers across industries and fueling the sales pipeline for our sales organization.
What You’ll Do
Inbound Engagement
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and marketing‑qualified leads via phone, email, and chat.
- Qualify prospects based on fit, business needs, and buying signals.
- Deliver a strong first impression and set meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain a high speed‑to‑lead response time while actively monitoring queues.
Outbound Prospecting
Make 75+ outbound calls daily while incorporating email, social, and other channels.Re‑engage dormant accounts and target new ones with tailored outreach.Clearly communicate platform value to build interest and trust.Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.Sales Operations & Collaboration
Keep CRM records accurate and up‑to‑date.Use sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach) for efficient follow‑up.Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to improve pipeline quality.Participate in weekly reviews to evaluate metrics and refine strategies.What We’re Looking For
