Qualifications : Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of assignment Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) CHPN certification preferred, not required 1 year of recent experience (within last 3 years) in hospice, home health, palliative care, or acute care Strong knowledge of symptom management, pain control, and hospice documentation (CMS CoPs, Medicare Hospice Benefit) Clear background and driving record; current TB test and immunizations Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance Flexibility for travel, occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts Hospice RN Contract Details : $2,094 - $2,274 per week
