BBSI is seeking a Recruitment Specialist / Onsite to join our staffing team!

You will perform recruitment activities from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new.
  • Headhunt, source, and build relationships with potential candidates, utilizing a variety of resources.( ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Craigslist)
  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates.
  • Manage sales processes from interview through offer stage.

Qualifications

  • Build applicant sourcing opportunities
  • Advertise for candidates and screen, interview, qualify and place candidates
  • Conduct coaching, counselling, disciplinary action and termination of employees
  • Develop recruitment practices to align with customers desired results / outcomes
  • Ability to recruit and manage large groups of employees for multiple client accounts
  • Track record of success in recruitment, staffing and staff management
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
