Key Responsibilities
Drive pipeline growth by generating new qualified leads through various outreach methods
Engage with prospects to identify, connect, qualify, and track leads, focusing on IT professionals
Consistently meet or exceed key activity metrics and KPIs set by management
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a BDR / SDR, inside sales, or lead generation role, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads
Self-motivated, highly organized, and resilient in the face of rejection
Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot for task management and lead documentation
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
