Process Control Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced Process Control Engineer to manage and optimize high-speed manufacturing control systems in a complex, multi-line operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to process control system performance, safety, and reliability.
• Manage, design, program, and maintain PLCs, DCS, scanner and camera systems, and related automation.
• Direct and train electrical and instrumentation (E&I) technicians on PLC, drive, and network troubleshooting.
• Ensure system standardization and reliability across production lines.
• Partner with vendors during equipment and software installations.
• Oversee system backups, documentation, and software version control.
• Research and implement new process control technologies.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure rapid response to off-shift maintenance needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and learning culture within the technical team.
