A company is looking for an Inside Sales Center Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Reconnect with Demo No-Sale Homeowners to understand their window issues and suggest a follow-up appointment

Provide an exceptionally positive phone experience to homeowners, regardless of their decision

Utilize listening skills and emotional intelligence to effectively engage with customers

Required Qualifications

Minimum of two years inside sales or call center experience

Proven ability to overcome objections and negotiate positive outcomes

Ability to work with diverse individuals and appreciate different perspectives

Must be available to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience is a plus
