Pay Range : $18 - $20.60 hourly

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Payroll Clerk, you will work with employees and our Finance and HR Departments to support aspects of payroll processing. Responsibilities include :

Processing employee changes and self service portal information, including taxes, direct deposit, personal information, etc.

Ensuring ADP database is compliant with company policy and applicable regulations.

Smoothly integrating information of newly acquired groups into current systems.

Finalizing all employee terminations and leaves.

Responding to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll.

Ensuring all statutory and other remittances are reconciled correctly.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Associate Degree in finance or related field preferred

1 year administrative experience required

Experience with ADP products an asset

Knowledge of USA payroll regulations an asset
